Before sending in your order, make sure you have a clear design in mind. We can work with almost any file format, but the clearer and more precise the design, the better the final product will be. The best formats are .pdf and .esp file formats. Use 300 dpi as image resolution for images. If using canva.com use the canvas size of 3000cm by 4200cm for best outputs.

When you plan to order personalised Tees either online (you place the order yourself) or call us to get everything done for you, here are some pointers to help you:
- Know the occasion you want to wear the shirt at
- Pick an image that is of 300dpi resolution, or get a graphic artist to correctly optimise the photo for the best printing resolution.
- Pick a shirt color and style that will make the image stand out. Make sure the image is placed in the correct position and sized accordingly.
- Select the printing schedule – Same Day Dispatch or Normal Printing
- Lastly select if you want it shipped faster by opting for Express Shipping.

Time Frames For Printing!
There are two time frames for printing:
- Same Day or Rush Printing: This is done Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Orders must be in by latest 11am that day. Any orders after 11am will be printed and ready for pick-up the next day for shipping or pickups.
- 14 Day Turnaround – Shirts ordered via the website is through the 14 day turnaround, unless you select a shirt from Same Day Dispatch page.
How Much Will It Costs!
Prices of shirts will depend on a few things:
- Same Day Dispatch prices are slightly higher than the 14 day turnaround. Prices start from $19.99 for a Gildan shirt printed one side.
- One off orders are normal retail pricing, however discounts apply for larger orders.
