Why is screen printing so expensive?
Screen printing is expensive only if you run a small order of shirts. The setup process is quite tedious and hence the cost. However once the screens are setup up printing large quantities are very cost effective.
PS: Orders of 20 can be printed however the cost per shirt is still significantly higher than if you printed 100 shirts.
So if you wondering how can you print shirts cheap with screen printing I suggest you run at least 50 shirts at a time.
